How the integrated fluid feed system works:
The Cougartron Fluid Feed System is designed to automatically supply electrolyte fluid to the weld cleaning brush during the electrochemical cleaning (or polishing) process. It improves cleaning speed, efficiency, consistency, and operator comfort during larger or more continuous weld cleaning jobs.
The system eliminates the need for frequent manual dipping of the brush into electrolyte fluid. Instead, the fluid is delivered directly to the brush through a connected hose and pump system, ensuring a steady and controlled flow. This is especially useful when cleaning long welds, for long periods of time.
In addition, the fluid feed system minimizes the excess use of fluid, and by keeping the brush saturated at all times - reduces cost for both the cleaning fluid and the brushes.
