Job Description:
- Consult with prospective and existing clients to understand welding needs and recommend optimal equipment solutions. Provide expert technical advice on products and their applications.
- Manage high volume of inbound calls, emails, and inquiries; deliver excellent customer service.
- Generate new business through outbound sales calls, networking, and lead follow-up. Give product demonstrations and quote pricing.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently. Submit orders to operations team for fulfillment.
- Attend industry events and sales training to stay up-to-date on the latest welding technology and techniques.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in the welding industry.
- Expert knowledge of welding equipment and processes.
- Ability to assess client needs and identify product solutions.
- Strong phone, written, and in-person communication abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
