These machines are robustly constructed with all internal parts mounted in such a way as to prevent damage caused by small drops which is a common problem with many inverters. The power components are rated to give a large safety margin for the best reliability and importantly these machines are easy to service and always repairable should a fault occur outside warranty.

These machines are generator friendly; the 46i needs a min 6KVA generator. Built to BS EN 60974-1, RoHS compliant and CE marked.

We guarantee to fully support these machines with spares & service for a minimum of 10 years.

These machines have the following features

• Pilot arc is fitted to give the best starting & assist with cutting on painted metals or mesh or rusty materials.
• Infinitely variable output current from 20-40 Amps for 46i, 20-50 Amps for 56i & 30-80A for 86i, 20-70A for 76i
• Very high duty cycle
• Very high efficiency so uses less electric than many similar machines
• Easy to operate with a no fuss approach to the controls so you can simply plug in and cut.
• These models are fitted with an air regulator with built in filter and water trap and an accurate pressure gauge
• The 46i & 56i are fitted with a Trafimet CB50 torch, the 76i has a Trafimet CB70 & the 86i has a Trafimet A81 torch, all use common low cost torch consumables and are therefore very economical to run.
